Initial need

NaPoleonX has used DigitaWeb's services for an ICO (Initial Coin Offering) which is a new method of financing for companies operating in the blockchain ecosystem. We were asked to provide a complete marketing strategy in order to reach the objective of this first fund raising, which was set at 15 million euros.

Solutions

To meet the demand for NaPoleonX, we have implemented a number of actions necessary to achieve the objectives set by this ICO :

Implementation of all necessary tools to generate more contacts and integrate them into automation processes in order to work on their interest in NaPoleonX. The installation of Hubspot allowed us to configure all the relevant KPIs for the follow-up of international actions, but also, the management of email sending in several languages with advanced segmentation criteria.

In conjunction with the inbound marketing strategy , we produced content in line with the interests of their community, thus answering questions about the project, the ambitions of the founders and more generally the blockchain. The articles were written in English, we obtained more than 1500 claps on Medium.

In addition to the previous marketing actions , we also helped the NaPoleonX team to manage their community on the different platforms that are : Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, BitcoinTalk, Telegram, Linkedin, Steam, ICOtrackers, etc. This community management has allowed us to increase conversions and ensure financial participation from all contacts.

Results

The ICO was a great success and had a great resonance with the French and global crypto community. It enabled the NaPoleonX project to raise 10 million euros.
